Foresight is the practice of continually scanning for developing trends and considering how they will impact your organization's mission and operations. We focus on the advantages of adopting a culture of foresight and the practice of futures-thinking. Whether it is working with boards, volunteer leaders, staff, or key constituents, we collaborate with associations to design high-impact engagements to meet their objectives.
Your principals are Kristine Metter, MS, CAE, and Sue Pine, FASAE, CAE. You will benefit from our extensive experience and training in foresight combined with a broad background in proven association management principles. First, we listen to your pain points and your aspirations. Then we partner with you to develop a practical action plan, guide you through that plan, facilitate future-focused discussions, and provide built-in accountability.
